Mirvac Group has revealed the plans for 80 Ann Street in Brisbane, as part of its goal to revitalise the Brisbane Fruit & Produce Exchange on Turbot Street through retail and public art.
The 80 Ann Street development will include a 35-storey commercial building and a city precinct at pedestrian level with 1900 square metres of public space. The ground plane design aims to improve pedestrian connectivity from Ann Street to Turbot Street through public laneways and thoroughfares, maximising flexibility, permeability, and subtropical layered greenery.
Mirvac partnered with pre-committed tenant Suncorp for the precinct. Flexible workspace provider, Spaces, has signed a long-term lease for 6000 square metres at 80 Ann Street, securing its third location in Brisbane. The lease ensures the building will deliver uniquely adaptable workspaces for tenants, taking the building to approximately 73 per cent leased. Continue here
