Sod Turned on 29-Storey Chevron HQ, Thousands of Jobs to be Created

Construction has begun on the new Chevron Australia headquarters in Elizabeth Quay, Perth, which is expected to create around 1200 jobs during development and construction, with major flow-on work for local contractors.

Brookfield Properties and Multiplex partnered with Chevron to develop the 29-storey tower, which will provide 57,000 square meters of office and retail space capable of housing 3000 people.

Chevron will be the anchor tenant for the building, which will also include a childcare center, gym, retail and hospitality spaces.

The tower will cost $362 million to build and is expected to be completed by mid-2023. Continue here
