The first sod has been turned on the Queensland Government’s Satellite Hospitals program, which aims to deliver improved healthcare in south-east QLD.
Satellite Hospitals will be built in the Redlands alongside Eight Mile Plains, Caboolture, Ripley, Pine Rivers, Tugun and Bribie Island.
Health and Ambulance Services Yvette D’Ath Minister said the State Government is building these Satellite Hospitals to support growing communities with the health infrastructure that they need.
“Our Satellite Hospitals program is an Australian first initiative that will improve healthcare, supporting jobs in construction and health jobs when they’re open,” D’Ath said. Continue here
